Foraging Walk – Saturday 9th April

foragingJoin us for a Spring Foraging Walk led by Owen Raybould. These walks have always been very interesting and informative, as well as highly enjoyable!

Please Note, very important: The location is the Blackstone Riverside Car park located on the B4194, situated just outside the town centre, (see map link below), and not the Blackstone picnic site car park which is located on the A456 Stourport Road on the other side of the river.

Directions: Coming from the Kidderminster area, enter Bewdley and cross over the bridge in the town centre. Turn left at the church down the narrow street, follow the road over a small hill and then under the bypass, the car park is then clearley signposted immediately on your left after the bypass.

Foraging Walk – Saturday 18th April

IMG_5783Join us for an afternoon guided foraging walk around the River Severn and Bewdley!

Date: Saturday 18th April
Time: 2.30pm
Meet: Blackstone free car park, just outside Bewdley on the B4194
(drive out of the town until you have passed under the flyover, then it’s the next left, there are two large signs for the car park).

Donation: £3 (suggested)

Owen Raybould will guide us for our third foraging event. The walk will take around two hours and will include part of the river, some meadows and the town itself. Previous walks have been highly informative and enjoyable!

Date: Saturday 7th June, 2.15pm

Meet: Gardner’s Meadow car park, Bewdley (map). Near the entrance to the river footpath at 2.15pm, walk to start at 2.30pm.

Donation: £3 (suggested)

Owen Raybould (who has been to some of our films) is a forager and has offered to guide a foraging walk for Transition Stourbridge.
